Congratulations to Kaitlyn Anderson. Kaitlyn scored her 1000th career point in last night's Tri-County Conference Tournament game against Midland at Roanoke-Benson. Kaitlyn led the Lady Mallards with 19 points and 13 rebounds. The Lady Mallards are back in action tonight at Roanoke-Benson for the TCC Consolation Championship at 5:00 p.m. vs Dwight.


Due to the forecasted wind chills, there will be no in-person school for tomorrow, Tuesday, January 21st. Instead, we will use an E-learning day. All bus transportation routes (including ACC, Kiefer, Hall, BEST) are cancelled for tomorrow. All extracurricular and athletic activities tomorrow morning are cancelled. Extracurriculars and athletic activities in the afternoon are to be determined. Boys Basketball vs Leland is canceled. Open Run for Track is canceled.

Congratulations to the Henry-Senachwine Lady Mallard Basketball Team for winning the Earlville High School Varsity Christmas Basketball Tournament this afternoon. The Lady Mallards beat Flanagan-Cornell High School 43 to 27. Great job ladies. Congratulations also to Kaitlyn Anderson and Lauren Harbison on being named to the All-Tournament Team. Shout out to the Lady Mallard Basketball Team for their semifinal win over Parkview Christian Academy earlier today at the Earlville High School Varsity Christmas Tournament. Varsity Basketball fell to Brimfield at the Princeville Holiday Tournament this afternoon. The Mallards will play Elmwood tomorrow at 2:00 p.m. at Princeville High School.


The Lady Mallards took care of business this morning at the Earlville Holiday Basketball Tournament beating host Earlville High School 43 - 21. The Lady Mallards will play tomorrow at 12:00 p.m. against the winner of Parkview Christian Academy and Aurora Christian. #GoMallardsHSHS

The Illinois Valley Volleyball Officials Association recently presented their 2024 High School Sportsmanship banner to Henry-Senachwine High School. Each year, the IVVOA annually recognizes one high school program in the fall and one junior high program in the spring for their sportsmanship banner. One of the goals of the IVVOA is to award and recognize those programs that demonstrate sportsmanship on the court and in the stands from their players, coaches, parents and administration.
