The Henry-Senachwine Golf is coached by Max Kirbach. The team is almost halfway through its season and has the tri-county conference meet coming up on September 22nd at Wolf Creek Golf Course. The IHSA Regionals will take place a week later. The Mallard golf team consists of 10 players this year. There are 7 returning players and 3 new players to the team this year. Newcomers include Seniors Holdyn Carr and Troy Westerdahl, and Freshman Jackson Knisley. Returning golfers include Juniors Kristopher Lee, Ayden Malavolti, and Mason Johnson, and Sophomores Lance Kiesewetter, Nolan Dunshee, Brendan Lester, and Teagan Williams. The team MVP and Tri-County Medalist Ayden Malavolti is returning this year and has started the year strong with a 4th place tournament finish at Timber Ridge in Lacon. The golf team is striving to perform to its maximum potential and is looking forward to begin building a solid program for the future.
