at Henry-Senachwine High School
Henry-Senachwine High School’s Class of 2021 Valedictorian is Erin Leigh Hufnagel, and Salutatorian is Brady Ian Neuhalfen.
Erin is the daughter of Greg and Tara Hufnagel. Erin plans to attend Iowa State University and major in architecture. Erin was a member of the Art Club, Student Council, National Honor Society, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Future Business Leaders of America, Club Green, Math Team, Red Krush, Lady Mallard Athletic Club and String Club. Erin was a member of the Softball, Cross Country, and Dance teams. Erin was the HSHS December Student of the Month. She received the Daughters of the American Revolution Award, was awarded a Silver Cord for
Exceptional Community Service, and was a recipient of the Sancken Family Scholarship.
Brady is the son of Patti Griffin and Roger Neuhalfen. Brady plans to attend Lewis University in Romeoville to major in Aviation Flight Technology to become a professional pilot. Brady was a member of the Student Council, National Honor Society, Fellowship of Christain Athletes, Future Business Leaders of America, Relay For Life, and Math Team. Brady received the Athlete of the Year, American Legion Post 323, and Sons of the American Revolution awards. Brady was an Illinois State Scholar and was selected the November Student of the Month. During his time at HSHS, Brady participated in Baseball, Basketball, Football, and Golf. Brady was the recipient of the Thomas J. Urban Scholarship.
