Henry-Senachwine High School’s chapter of Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) attended the annual State Leadership Conference, held April 10-11 in Springfield at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Over 1,950 members, advisers, and guests registered for this year’s conference with over 1,700 in attendance. A total of 74 chapters from around the State of Illinois had members competing.
Competing for Henry-Senachwine High School FBLA were Taylor Rowe in Career Portfolio, Bella Hall in Customer Service, Hayden Meachum in Digital Animation, Emma Kay Gaspardo in Introduction to Public Speaking, Carter Williams in Job Interview, Brooklynn Thompson in Public Speaking and Alivia Brenny and Alexis Rowe in Visual Design.
Taylor Rowe received 2nd place in her presentation of her Career Portfolio and qualified to compete at the National Leadership Conference held in San Antonio, Texas, from June 29-July 2. Congratulations Taylor and Good Luck at Nationals this summer!
