Henry-Senachwine High School is proud to announce the Valedictorian and Salutatorian for the Class of 2025.
Alexia Serpette has been named Valedictorian. She is the daughter of Mike and Shannon Serpette. Throughout her high school career, Lexi has exemplified academic excellence, leadership, and dedication. She plans to attend Monmouth College, where she will double major in Biochemistry and Health Science and Human Movement. Following her undergraduate studies, Lexi intends to pursue graduate school and enter a doctoral program in Physical Therapy.
Ryan Carlson has been named Salutatorian. He is the son of Gary and Rita Carlson. Ryan has distinguished himself through his strong work ethic and commitment to academic success. He plans to begin his college journey at Illinois Valley Community College, where he will earn his Associate’s Degree before transferring to the University of Illinois. There, he will study in the College of Agricultural, Consumer, and Environmental Sciences, majoring in Agronomy with a minor in Agricultural Business.
Both Lexi and Ryan were recognized for their accomplishments and presented with $1000 scholarship checks from the Chamber of Commerce Scholarship Committee.
