Taylor Rowe has been named the September Student of the Month at Henry-Senachwine High School. Taylor was nominated, then selected from a group of students by the faculty and staff. She is the daughter of Tim and Lynn Rowe.

Taylor is a senior at HSHS and is very involved in the school as well as student life. She has been a High Honor Roll student throughout high school and a National Honor Society member since April 2025. Taylor has been a Student Council member all four years. She has participated in Drama Club, FBLA, FCA, FCCLA, HSHS Gives Back, Kindness Quack Pack, Mallard Athletic Club, Mallard Ensemble, Math Team, and MDWAP. She has been a member of Cheer, three years and Dance Team, 4 years.  

Outside of school, Taylor is involved with Job’s Daughter International and performed with local musicals.

Taylor plans to attend a four year college to major in Occupational Therapy.

On Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at the meeting of the Henry-Senachwine Board of Education, Taylor will be presented with an engraved pen set from the Henry-Senachwine Education Association and a personalized plaque from the school district designating her as "September Student of the Month." In addition, she will receive a $25.00 gift certificate from Heartland Bank in Henry and a $25.00 gift card from MidAmerica National Bank in Henry.
