Dates: Monday, July 18th through Friday, July 29th
Time: 24 hours a day starting on July 18th
Where: Online at www.TeacherEase.com starting on July 18th *registration must be completed in the “Parent Portal”, it cannot be completed on the student account.
Whether your child is a returning Henry-Senachwine student from the previous school year or brand new to Henry-Senachwine High School and the Henry-Senachwine Community Unit School District, his/her enrollment must begin by registering online.
Students returning to Henry-Senachwine High School, including the Class of 2026 students coming to us from Henry-Senachwine Grade and Junior High School can begin the process by clicking the following link: www.TeacherEase.com
Students new to the district will begin the process by clicking the following New Family Registration Link: https://www.teacherease.com/NewFamilyRegistration.aspx?refid=f4749a61-fb7d-4049-9507-5bc36448819f *Please also contact the high school office at 309-364-2829 to set up an appointment to sign a “Release of Records Request” so we are able to obtain records from the previous school.
If you do not have access to the internet or the ability to register online from home, please contact the HSHS Office at 309-364-2829 to make an appointment to come in person to complete the registration process.
Registration Payments
At the end of the registration process you will have the option to make online payments for school registration. Please note that there is a convenience fee associated with making payments online. All convenience fees go directly to the WePay Company at Common Goal Systems. The district doesn’t make any dollars on the online payments. If you prefer to pay with cash or check, please feel free to stop by the Henry-Senachwine High School Office between 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. each day.
Registration Fees for the 2022-2023 school year are as follows:
Registration Fee $70.00
Technology Fee $10.00
Class Dues $20.00

Registration Payment
All students will receive a hard copy of the 2022-2023 Student and Athletic Handbook on August 17th during the school day even though it is available online and as a PDF as part of the online registration process. They will also receive a school datebook (planner) and a Health History form they will bring home to be completed and signed.
P.E. shirts and P.E. shorts will be available for purchase in the HSHS Office.

Shorts are $10.00

Class of 2026 Student and Parent Orientation
We will have a Student and Parent Orientation for the Class of 2026 on Tuesday, August 16th from 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. We will have more information regarding this event in the upcoming weeks.
Class Schedules
Official Class Schedules will not be available until early August. Please contact Mrs. Self with any questions regarding 2022-2023 schedules.
School Calendar (2022-2023)
School begins on Wednesday, August 17th. You can find a school calendar on our website https://5il.co/vmnm under the “Daily Information” link.
School Day (2022-2023)
First Hour begins at 8:25 a.m. Students will be dismissed for the day at 3:13 p.m. Students with a Zero Hour class will begin their day at 7:30 a.m. More information will follow.
Fall IHSA Sports
HSHS offers Cross-Country, Football (Coop with LPW), Golf, and Volleyball during the fall. Please contact the following coaches with any questions:
