HSHS Parent-Teacher Conferences for first semester are scheduled for Thursday, October 21st, from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., and Friday, October 22nd, from 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Thursday is a normal school day for your students and school is not in session on Friday, October 22nd.
Conferences will be held by appointment, in-person or virtual. OR you may contact the teachers of your student for an email report. Don’t forget that you can log on to our “Teacher Ease” on-line system and view your child’s progress in each of their classes. Conference appointments can be made by contacting the teachers directly via email.
Unfortunately, the following faculty members will be unavailable on Thursday, October 21st after 5:00 p.m. due to responsibilities at the HSHS/Putnam County Volleyball game; Mrs. Self, Mr. Bush, Miss Ricca, Mrs. Smith, and Mr. Westerdahl. If your Friday schedule doesn’t permit you to see these five staff members during the 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. time frame, please contact them at the high school to set up an appointment at a later date.
Our hope is that you will take this opportunity to meet with your student’s teachers. If you are not able to make it during the scheduled conference times, please remember that our teachers, counselors, and staff are always available to you. As always, we encourage your participation in your child’s education at Henry-Senachwine High School.
