Registration for the 2023-2024 school year opens Monday, July 24th at www.TeacherEase.com . Online Registration MUST BE completed using a computer, it is not supported on a phone.
Registration must be completed in the “Parent Portal”, it cannot be completed on the student account. If you have not logged into the “Parent Portal” before, please contact Mrs. Ransom in the HSHS office at 309-364-2829 to set up your email address.
Whether your child is a returning Henry-Senachwine student from the previous school year or brand new to Henry-Senachwine High School and the Henry-Senachwine Community Unit School District, his/her enrollment must begin by registering online.
Students returning to Henry-Senachwine High School, including the Class of 2027 students coming to us from Henry-Senachwine Grade and Junior High School can begin the process by clicking the following link: www.TeacherEase.com

TeacherEase Online Registration Parent Tutorial
*If you do not have access to the internet or the ability to register online from home, please contact Mrs. Ransom in the HSHS Office at 309-364-2829 to make an appointment to have a parent/guardian come in to complete the registration process. Payment for in-person registration will need to be cash or check.
Registration Fees for the 2023-2024 school year are as follows:
Registration Fee $70.00
Technology Fee $10.00
Class Dues $20.00
Season Pass $25.00 (Optional)
*If you feel like your student qualifies for the free/reduced lunch program, and this is not indicated at the registration payment section of the online registration process, please contact Lisa Ransom at HSHS at 309-364-2829 to complete an application.
Online Payments
At the end of the registration process, you will have the option to make online payments for Registration, Technology Fee, Class Dues, Season Pass and make a lunch deposit. Please note that there is a convenience fee associated with making payments online. All convenience fees go directly to the WePay Company at Common Goal Systems. The district doesn’t make any dollars on the online payments.
If you prefer to pay with cash or check, please come by the Henry-Senachwine High School Office between 8am - 3pm daily.
School breakfast and lunch will be provided free of charge again this year for all students. For Ala Carte food items, students will need money deposited into their account. This can be added by online payment or with cash or check at the school.
P.E. shirts and P.E. shorts will be available for purchase in the HSHS Office with cash or check. Uniforms are the same as used at the Henry-Senachwine Jr. High School.
Shirts are $7.00 *2XL add $2.00 and 3XL add $3.00
Shorts are $12.00 for shirts or shorts
All students will receive a hard copy of the 2023-2024 Student and Athletic Handbook on August 23rd during the school day even though it is available on the website and as a PDF, as part of the online registration process. They will also receive a school datebook (planner) and a Health History form to bring home to be completed, signed, and returned (if you have not already completed and submitted during online registration).
Class of 2027 Student and Parent Orientation
We will have a Student and Parent Orientation for the Class of 2027 on Monday, August 21st from 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. We will have more information regarding this event in the upcoming weeks.
Class Schedules
Official Class Schedules will not be available until early August. Please contact Mrs. Self with any questions regarding 2023-2024 schedules.
School Calendar (2023-2024)
School begins on Wednesday, August 23rd. You can find a school calendar on our website https://5il.co/1vwip under the “Daily Information” link.
School Day (2023-2024)
Students can enter the school at 8:00 a.m. and report to their first class at the 8:15 a.m. bell. First Hour class begins at 8:25 a.m. Students will be dismissed for the day at 3:13 p.m. Students with a Zero Hour class will begin their day at 7:30 a.m. More information will follow.
