Dear Henry-Senachwine Families and Staff:
The following amended 2023-24 school year calendar was approved at last night’s school board meeting. Please note the following changes:
1. School will be in session on Friday, October 6th. This was previously a Teachers’ Institute Day.
2. School will be in session on Monday, October 9th. This was previously a non-attendance day due to Columbus Day.
3. There will be a teachers’ institute day on Friday, January 5th. There will be no student attendance on this day.
4. School will be in session on Monday, February 19th. This was previously a non-attendance day due to Presidents’ Day.
5. School will be in session on Monday, April 1st. This was previously a non-attendance day.
6. The tentative last day for students is Friday, May 31st. This was previously May 30th.
7. There will be a Teacher’s Institute Day on Monday, June 3th. This is the tentative last day for teachers.
8. Emergency Days are scheduled from June 4th - June 10th.
