HENRY-SENACHWINE GRADE AND JUNIOR HIGH CELEBRATE CHARACTER COUNTS WEEK
Henry-Senachwine Grade and Junior High School celebrated Character Counts Week on October 22-26. This year’s theme was “Super Character”. To start our day, some of the Speech Contest participants shared information about the pillar of the day during the morning announcements.
Each day, students had the opportunity to receive a Character Counts award. Students also wrote about their super character on Hero-Caped Paper
In Science class, the Junior High students spent the week learning about Red Ribbon Week and the harmful effects of drugs, alcohol, and cigarettes. They participated in a poster contest where they shared the information they learned about their topic.
All of the students in the school did an excellent job showing character!
